How to "Whitelist" an Email Address
If you are not getting emails from Live Streaming Pros or from the membership portal, the reason is usually that the email address or domain is being blocked by your email tool.
To fix this, you'll want to do what is called "whitelisting" the email and/or domain.
Here are the instructions on how to do that in Gmail when you have time - it should only take a minute to do! (If you use another service, the idea is the same, but things may be located in different places. Check the help for your tool for more details.)
- Access Gmail Settings.
- Open Gmail and click the gear icon in the upper-right corner, then select "See all settings".
- Navigate to Filters:
- Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
- Create a New Filter by clicking on "Create a new filter."
- Specify the Email Address or Domain you want to let in to your inbox. For example, in the "From" field, enter the Mighty Networks email address or domain you want to whitelist (e.g., notifications@mightynetworks.com or @mightynetworks.com).
- To configure the Filter, dlick "Create filter", Check the box that says "Never send to spam", and Click "Create filter" again to save.
And then you should be all set! Contact support@livestreamingpros if there's anything else you need help with or have questions about! 🤗
